Childcare Manager
Are you passionate about working with children? The Childcare Manager role involves leadership and training with hands-on childcare, guiding a passionate team and creating unforgettable experiences for families.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Childcare Manager to help Peligoni Club continue to build on their reputation for ensuring just the right balance of action, activity, support and space to learn. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a multi-age childcare programme (4 months – 17 years old) in a beautiful setting.
Qualifications
- Level 3 or higher childcare qualification (CACHE Diploma or equivalent).
- Full Paediatric First Aid Certificate (required).
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
- Current DBS Certificate, Garda Vetting, or equivalent.
Experience / requirements
- Right to work in the UK and eligible to apply for a work visa for Greece.
- Proven leadership experience in nursery, childcare, or children’s activity management.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development principles.
- Confident swimmer
